This page is for those who want to enter a new record - the location of scattered ashes. If you want to search for someone, please use the "Locations of Published Cremains" page. To find the latitude and longitude for your virtual grave so you can enter them here, use one of the many sites that will give you that information such as Google Maps, Latlong or iTouchmap (these sites are just suggestions and we receive no compensation from them whatsoever).
If you'd like to see an explanation of how to use Google Maps to obtain the latitude/longitude, go to our How to Find Coordinates page. If, after reading our "How To" documentation, you still can't figure out how to get the latitude/longitude, that's OK - just send us the name of the location rather than those settings - you can submit that in the fields below rather than the actual latitude and longitude and we'll look it up for you, since not everyone feels confident in their ability to do this correctly. Just remember you need to put SOMETHING in the latitude and longitude fields, as they are both required. For instance, you could put the name of the location in one field and the country in the other - whatever works for you. Just be VERY detailed.
On this page, enter the first and last names of the deceased, the date of death (DOD) and the latitude and longitude where the cremains were deposited (or your description). Then, click Submit. Your information should be available within a few days depending on how busy we are! We do NOT guarantee the information received via this form is reliable. We DO try to weed out fake submissions (you will never find Mickey Mouse or Donald Duck on this site - even if a real person, they will most likely be rejected by the administrator - sorry!).
